苹果吃不完怎么办?——苹果肉桂麦芬

配料:

低筋面粉100克,黄油40克,鸡蛋30克,牛奶65克,红糖50克,苹果100克,肉桂粉1/2小勺(2.5ML),泡打粉1小勺(5ML),盐1/4小勺(1.25ML)

步骤:

1、苹果去皮、去核、切成小丁后进行称重。
2、黄油软化以后,加入红糖和盐,用打蛋器打发到颜色变浅,体积膨松。
3、分2-3次加入打散后的鸡蛋,并搅打均匀。每一次都要打到鸡蛋和黄油完全融合以后,再加下一次。
4、倒入牛奶,筛入面粉、肉桂粉、泡打粉,用橡皮刮刀拌匀成为面糊。
5、倒入苹果丁,并拌匀。
6、把拌好的面糊装入小模具,2/3满。

7、放入预热好180度的烤箱中层,烤20分钟左右,直到充分膨胀,表面呈浅棕红色即可。
